New Chapter Outlines Ready

Over the last few days I wrote the first 3,000 words for the Handbook, you can find an updated draft here.  Progress is moving along nicely, the chapter headings are mostly fixed now and the contents of the book should answer most of the questions I’ve encountered. Now to get on with delivering the content!
